Policies

The "constitution" is formally known as the Rules of the Association. Changes to the Rules require a general meeting to pass a special resolution.

From time to time, as part of its duty to make decisions for running the club, the committee makes policy rulings. These have not previously been documented in a single easily accessible place. In the interests of transparency, consistency and accessibility this section will be used to publish these rules and policies.

This is a work in progress and will be expanded as time permits.
