For a few years there has been an incompatability between the booking system and the Safari web browser. This meant that the main booking matrix could not be displayed properly. The workarounds were to use the simplified booking screen that was originally designed for mobile phones, or to use another browser such as Chrome.
An update to the booking system means that recent versions of Safari on Mac can now display the booking matrix correctly. Safari users will still be initially shown the simplified booking screen. You can toggle between simplified and full booking screen using the button with the phone and down arrow symbol.
