Your responsibilities

• You are accountable for the conduct of your group and adherence to lodge rules
• Advise guests in your group of the need to bring linen (and towels) to suit the rooms that have been booked, to clean the lodge and to comply with lodge rules
• Advise your guests of the door access code but do not share it with anyone not staying at the lodge
• Ensure that rubbish is handled correctly and is taken to the rubbish hut promptly
• Ensure that the lodge is clean at the end of the stay, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas. In particular, ensure that the Summer Lodge Clean-Up Checklist provided in the lodge is completed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this is not done.
• Report any problems to the manager, by phone if necessary

Note: on Peaks Cycling Challenge weekend linen and towels are provided and the Mangaer will clean at the end of your stay
