Members and guests under the age of 18 must have a nominated adult supervising them and that must be confirmed by the nominated supervisor.

Explanation

Usually, members and guests under the age of 18 are accompanied by their parents, but sometimes there are requests for them to come without parents. This can be permitted where another suitable adult has agreed to supervise them during their stay at the lodge, and has communicated to the booking officer that they accept that reponsibility. The booking officer will determine whether the nominated supervisor is an appropriate person, For example, an 18 year old may not be seen as a suitable supervisor of a group of 16 year olds.
